ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ ΜΑΡΙΟΛΗ

Τα προϊόντα είναι εξαιρετικά!!! Δεν είναι λογικό όμως να πληρώνεις 7€ μεταφορικά και να σου τα στέλνουν με box now που συνήθως κοστίζει το box now 2-3€ και τα περισσότερα site να σου έχουν δωρεάν μεταφορικά από ένα ποσό και πάνω. Απαράδεκτη η χρέωση των μεταφορικών 😔😔😔😔😔

Ευχαριστούμε για το σχόλιό σας. Θα θέλαμε απλώς να διευκρινίσουμε ότι τα προϊόντα αποστέλλονται απευθείας από Γαλλία, με μηδενικό ΦΠΑ, κάτι που μειώνει αισθητά την τελική τιμή για τον πελάτη. Τα ίδια προϊόντα στην Ελλάδα θα κόστιζαν τουλάχιστον τα διπλά.

Όσον αφορά τα μεταφορικά, το κόστος για εμάς είναι 4€ μόνο για το Box Now, χωρίς να υπολογίζονται οι υπόλοιπες δαπάνες επεξεργασίας και συσκευασίας και αποστολής από Γαλλία. Επιπλέον, προσφέρουμε δωρεάν αποστολή για παραγγελίες άνω των 50€, όπως κάνουν και τα περισσότερα ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα.

Κατανοούμε την επιθυμία για χαμηλά έξοδα αποστολής, όμως δεν μπορούμε να παρέχουμε τα πάντα δωρεάν, ειδικά όταν οι τιμές μας είναι ήδη σημαντικά χαμηλότερες από την εγχώρια αγορά.

Στηρίζουμε τη δίκαιη κατανάλωση και όχι τη νοοτροπία του 'όλα τζάμπα'.
